How I use crystals

My interest in crystals almost exploded a few years ago, after a
trip to Ireland
awakend my interest for ancient stones and a few months later Lee Harris, a channeler of a collective called 'the Z's' started to talk about his Labradorite crystal that helped him to connect to his guides. I never heard of Labradorite before, but the day after I bumped into Labradorites in a shop and since I don't believe in coincidences like this, I decided to buy the stone from the photo above and see what happens. It was the first crystal of my now my rapid growing collection of stones, but I know that this particular Labradorite was a specific good match for me. It absorbs my energy very fast -at least that's what it feels like- and sometimes I keep the stone in my hand during my sleep. Believe it or not- I have been able to turn down sudden hand eczema attacks at night by holding the stone in that particular hand as soon as I feel the first itches. The overload of energy in my hand that seems to be the cause of this inflammation is able to flow into the stone and my hand cools downs and the itching goes away.
I don't know why I got the crystal fever all of a sudden, but it felt like I was awakened to their beauty, energy and beneficial effects all of a sudden. I have since then placed crystals and minerals in specific spots in my house, I wear them as jewellery, and I take them with me when I need them close. I use them in my sleep, I sometimes place them in the water I drink (or look at the effect they have on water by reading ice crystallography) and I use them when I meditate. Yes, some crystals do have a very positive effect on reaching a meditative state and I highly recommend to at least give it a try if you are open to it. Always pick a crystal or stone by following your heart! I personally feel very attracted to all kinds of quartz. But as you will discover, not all forms of quartz are suitable for specific purposes. The beautiful natural formation of quarts clusters (like for example the citrine above and the clear quartz cluster below) are perfect for decorative use and energetic home cleansing. But you can not hold hem in your hand to strongly as they easily break.
Luckily al kinds of shapes of stones are offered on the market. Specific palm stones like the lapis lazuli below to hold in your hand, massage tools like the quartz rod below, spheres that look beautiful and are nice to hold in your hands and special cut crystals like the amethyst below and the Phi Crystal.
I have read books that tell all about the effects specific crystals and minerals are supposed to have, but I use my intuition first to pick the stone or crystal I need for a specific purpose. And although I am sometimes a bit skeptical of all the different opinions of the beneficial effects of minerals and crystals, I am convinced that there is still a lot to learn about how they work on a scientific and spiritual level. That's why I love to watch videos of researchers like Marcel Vogel (I place one video below) who worked at IBM and invented the Phi crystal (also know as vogel crystal). In his videos he explains the science behind the Phi crystal and how he uses it for healing purposes. This amazing crystal is absolutely the most magnificent crystal in my collection and if you look at the effect of light in the video below, you see some of it's beauty.
